How do we slow down our days to savour all that they contain? What can we do to boost our happiness and joy despite life circumstances?
For me, this involves intentionally taking the time to notice what is good in my life, my mundane days, the world around me. This may be large things or they could be tiny moments. Practicing being thankful for these good things has a significant impact on my perspective.
Each week I stop to make a list of what I am thankful. Will you join me in writing your own lists, taking photos or writing about the good in your life and develop gratitude with me?
